2. Data we process

  • Contact details you provide voluntarily: name, brand name, email address, phone number, places or channels of sale, and the content of your messages.
  • Information relating to your requests for a diagnostic or other services.
  • Data needed for business exchanges and invoicing: proposals, contracts, billing details and invoices.
  • Technical data generated when you visit the site: IP address, date and time of the visit, pages requested and browser type.

The request buttons on the site open your own email application with a pre-filled message. On its own, this button does not collect any data on the site’s server: your information reaches us only if you send the email.

When the site’s request form is used, the information entered is received by our hosting provider, which forwards it to us.

3. Purposes

  • Responding to your requests.
  • Organising our business exchanges.
  • Preparing proposals and contracts.
  • Delivering our services.
  • Administration, invoicing and site security.

We do not sell your data. The site does not use audience measurement or advertising tools.

4. Service providers

  • Website hosting and form handling: Netlify, Inc., United States.
  • Fonts: Google Fonts, Google LLC, United States. To display the site’s fonts, your browser sends your IP address to Google’s servers.
  • Email: our business email provider, for messages sent to hello@maisoneclore.ch.

If other providers are used for customer relationship management, booking or payment, this policy will be updated before they are put into use.

5. Disclosure abroad

Netlify, Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States. Netlify itself uses hosting subprocessors located mainly in the United States.

Netlify and Google LLC state that they are certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Since 15 September 2024, the Swiss Federal Council has recognised that this framework provides an adequate level of protection for data disclosed to certified U.S. companies.

6. Retention

  • Business requests that do not lead to a contract: 12 months after the last exchange. They are kept longer only if a contract is concluded, if required by law, or if needed to establish or defend legal claims.
  • Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then as long as needed to establish or defend legal claims.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, in accordance with article 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
  • Technical data: according to the periods applied by the hosting provider and by Google.

7. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The business mailbox and the hosting account are protected by personal credentials. At present, only Behaïlu Guichard reads the requests received. No transmission over the Internet can, however, be guaranteed as completely secure.

8. Cookies

The site does not set cookies and does not use tracking technologies.

9. Data of client brands

In the course of certain services, Maison Éclore may process personal data on behalf of client brands, in accordance with the agreed instructions and contractual terms. The respective responsibilities and processing arrangements are set out in the applicable contract.

10. Your rights

Under the FADP, you may request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. You may also object to certain processing and request certain data in a common format. Write to hello@maisoneclore.ch. We may ask you to verify your identity.
